PROGRAMS

All-Star Cheerleading

Ages: 5-17 years old

The all-star cheerleading season runs from August until end of April. Athletes practice twice a week for a minimum of 4 hours total. Athletes will compete in a minimum of 4 competitions a season and will travel out of Province to one large event per season.

All-star cheerleading requires a considerable commitment from athletes. Athletes are expected to be at every practice (unless ill). In a sport where teamwork is the most important part of what we do, it is essential that the commitment is there. Please consider that when choosing what program best suits the athlete.

Our all-star cheer team levels will change from year to year depending on how many athletes register and what their skill sets are. There will be team assessments for those interested in choosing the competitive stream.

See our program handbook for pricing.

Prep Cheer

Ages 8-17 years old

Our prep cheer program falls somewhere in between our all-star cheer and intro to cheer programs. Athletes practice less each week (1.5 hours) but still get a feel for the sport and the opportunity to compete at 1 to 2 competitions per season. The prep program runs from September to end of April.

See our program handbook for pricing.

Performance Cheer – Pom

Youth and Adult Programs (ages 6 to 18+)

The focus in poms is on dance movements, lines, formations, and jumps. We have two intro to pom sessions and two adult pom sessions each year: October to January, and February to May. Athletes practice 1 hour a week.

We are also introducing a competitive pom option this year that runs from September to end of April. This team will compete at Cheer Manitoba sanctioned events. Athletes practice 1.5 hours a week.

See our program handbook for pricing.

Intro to Cheerleading

Ages: 8 to 12 years

Our intro to cheerleading program is a great starting off point for someone who is new to the sport or for athletes who want less of a time and financial commitment. Our intro to cheer team practices once a week for 1 hour a week. We have two sessions a year: October to January and February to May.
