Performance Cheer – Pom
Youth and Adult Programs (ages 6 to 18+)
The focus in poms is on dance movements, lines, formations, and jumps. We have two intro to pom sessions and two adult pom sessions each year: October to January, and February to May. Athletes practice 1 hour a week.
We are also introducing a competitive pom option this year that runs from September to end of April. This team will compete at Cheer Manitoba sanctioned events. Athletes practice 1.5 hours a week.
