AT PCA

Acro dance form challenges dancers to combine skills learned in both dance and acrobatics. In this style of dance, various tricks, balance, flexibility, and other dance techniques are used in fun and artistic ways.

 

All weeks also include a visit to the Ste. Anne splash pad (weather permitting), crafts, daily opportunities for movement on our gym equipment, daily outdoor time (weather permitting) that includes nature walks, bike rides (campers need to bring their own helmets, bikes or scooters) and visits to local parks and playgrounds.

 

Please bring: indoor and outdoor shoes, bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, water bottle, snacks, lunch (peanut free) and tie up long hair. Drop off between 8:30 - 9:00am and pick up between 4:00 - 4:15pm.

Acro & Gymnastics Week

Enter the world of Ninja Parkour designed for 8 to 13-year-olds, where agility meets adventure.

 

This dynamic class builds on fundamental parkour techniques, refining precision jumps, rolls, and advanced obstacle navigation. Participants tackle intricate ninja-inspired courses, emphasizing not only physical prowess but strategic thinking and problem-solving. Stealth and balance training become more challenging, instilling a sense of discipline and focus.

 

Creative expression takes center stage as participants collaboratively design and conquer elaborate obstacle courses. Beyond the physical gains, this program for older children cultivates resilience, teamwork, and creative problem-solving—a thrilling journey for the evolving skills and confidence of young ninjas.

Fall Session: Saturday @ 1:00pm - 2:00pm
