Get ready to ROCK & RUN!!! 🤘 Join us on May 24th, 2026, for Ste Anne's third annual Rock & Run event!
This year’s Rock & Run is in support of mental health—breaking the stigma and finding strength in every step.
Proceeds for 2026 will be going towards supporting The Robb Nash Project, an incredible organization focused on youth mental health through music and storytelling.
1KM Kids Run, 5KM Family Fun Walk/Run, and 10KM Run

A fun and enriching drop-off morning program for ages 2½–5—hosted at Phoenix Cheer Athletics!
🗓 Mondays & Wednesdays
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
💲 $17 per session
📍 Phoenix Cheer Athletics – 159 Traverse Road, Ste. Anne, MB
Choose Mondays only, Wednesdays only, or both days!
No matter which option you choose, your child’s spot will be held on an ongoing basis unless you notify us of withdrawal. This helps us ensure consistency and quality in our limited-space program.
