Preparation & Process

Pre-placement Preparation

Before tryouts, potential cheerleaders are given information about the skills and routines they may need to demonstrate. Coaches might offer clinics or workshops to help participants prepare.

Placement Process

The tryout process includes several components designed to evaluate different aspects of a cheerleader's abilities, like Tumbling, Stunts, Jumps, Cheer and Dance Routines, and Crowd Leading.

Ongoing Review

We constantly review our placement decisions to ensure each cheerleader is in the most suitable position. It is possible that during the season, some members may be moved to different teams or roles based on their skill level and attendance. This flexibility allows us to maintain balanced and effective teams while supporting each cheerleader's growth.

Cheerleading placements are a structured process designed to ensure that each cheerleader is placed in a role that best suits their abilities and potential. This process helps form balanced and effective teams and contributes to the personal growth and development of each cheerleader. By assessing a range of skills and attributes, cheerleading programs can create teams that are well prepared for both performance and competition.
