PCA reserves the right to limit the number of vendors per category of items/merchandise in order to offer a variety to the public. Vendors will be assigned a table in the Venue, let us know if a table is not required for your display. Southeast Event Centre doors open at 8am (earliest to set up), all vendors must be ready by 9am. Take down at 5pm, and must be completed by 6pm.

Payment is required upon acceptance, please make e-transfer payment to info@phoenixcheerathletics.com

You will receive confirmation of acceptance by email, if you are not accepted due to your category being full you will be placed on our cancellation list.
