Phoenix Cheer Athletics occasionally publishes athletes’ or coaches’ names, photographs, and achievements for informational or promotional purposes in a variety of formats, including but not limited to social media, our website and printed materials. At times, we may also invite the media to competitions or events where your child is a participant. We would like to know your wishes in regard to this type of coverage. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, when practical. Withdrawal of consent is not retroactive, and Phoenix Cheer Athletics is authorized to use your image(s) during the time in which consent has been provided. In the case of publication, the removal of your personal information or images may not be achievable if consent is withdrawn after publication has taken place.
