CHEER

PROGRAMS

Ages: 4+

The all-star cheerleading season runs from August until after provincials (April or May). Tiny practices 1 hours a week, mini 3.5 hours a week and youth, junior and senior practice for 4 hours per week. Athletes will compete in a minimum of 4 competitions a season and will travel out of Province to one large event per season (tiny novice does not travel).

Cheerleading requires a considerable commitment from athletes. Athletes are expected to be at every practice (unless ill). In a sport where teamwork is the most important part of what we do, it is essential that the commitment is there. Please consider that when choosing what program best suits the athlete.

Our all-star cheer team levels will change from year to year depending on how many athletes register and what their skill sets are. There will be team assessments for those interested in choosing the competitive stream.

There are no placements for tiny or mini. Youth, junior and senior placements are required.
