Yoga Flow
With Cosette, bilingual Certified Yoga Fitness Instructor.
Join us for a fun and safe way to ease back into fitness post-pregnancy with baby by your side!👶🏼
Classes are designed for the postpartum body and will consist of intervals of cardio and strength training exercises. Each workout ends with postnatal-specific core work, flexibility, and movement-based songs for the babies.
This session provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents in the community.
Classes will be taught by local mom and bilingual certified pre and postnatal fitness specialist, Cosette Dorge Bott.
All fitness levels are welcome. Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). Recommended for pre-mobile babies or bring a baby carrier for your mobile baby.
